Jalapeno Popper Chicken - Low Spoons

INGREDIENTS NEEDED
4 chicken breast sliced thin (pre-cut)

1 16 oz bag frozen spinach

1 8oz block Cream Cheese, softened

1 Jalapeno, diced

4oz (1 cup) sharp cheddar, grated

SEASON TO TASTE:
Tony Chatcheries
Garlic Powder Black Pepper
Smoked Paprika, for top

 

Jalapeno Popper Chicken

Serves 4 - Prep Time 15 mins

Directions:

In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, diced jalapenos, and half of the grated cheddar, with seasonings & set aside. Note: I didn’t use all of this & had some leftover but use as much as you like.

Spray your dish & layer with frozen spinach (season it according to your tastes). Then add your chicken breast (don’t forget to season them too), then spread on your cream cheese mixture, then top with remaining sharp cheddar & sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 425 degrees for approximately 20 mins or until the internal temperature reached 165 degrees. Enjoy!!!!
